Digital Banking
- Will my login credentials still work?
Yes! If you are an existing user, you will use your current username and password to login for the first time. You'll simply log in as you normally would on or after August 25th.
- Will I need to do anything after the upgrade?
- Recreate your alerts -- set up the notifications you'd like to receive in the new platform.
- CardControl users -- your settings have been reset to default. Access and reselect your preferred options within your Checking Account.
- Quicken®, QuickBooks®, or other Intuit® users -- Deactivate or disconnect existing connection, then reconnect accounts to the new digital banking experience. When reconnecting, do not create a new account unless you intentionally want to add a separate account register. Creating a new account may cause duplicate accounts or duplicate transactions. You can set up external accounts by securely linking them and executing standard ACH transfers.
Set up the external account:
- Navigate to Make a Transfer and select External Accounts then Add Account.
- Verify ownership of the external account in one of two ways:
- Instant Account Verification - requires validation of your login credentials at the external institution.
- Manual Account Input - enter your outside institution's 9 digit routing number and your account number. Then, wait a couple of days for small "micro-deposits" to appear in your external account.
Return to GSCU's Digital Banking to verify the micro-deposit amounts.
- Once linked, you can select the external account from your Transfer From/To dropdown menu.
- If you need to send an urgent or large sum, you can submit a domestic or international wire transfer.
