To become a member, you must deposit a $10 pledge balance to establish your savings account at GSCU. A Social Security Card must be presented at the time of account opening for all minors under the age of 18. Minors age 12 and under require a qualifying adult listed as a joint owner. Please see rates for more information.
*Age restrictions apply. A qualifying adult listed as a joint owner is required on all checking accounts.
**A qualifying adult co-signer is required. Subject to loan eligibility requirements.

Visit a GSCU Branch Location
Youth accounts must be opened at a branch location. Minors under 12 require a qualifying adult as a joint owner. Bring your Social Security Card for account opening.
Start with a Savings Account
You'll need a $10 pledge to establish your Savings Account and then you can start saving! Save for a new car, college, or the latest smartphone!
Open a Checking Account
Minors aged 13 or older can open a Checking Account with a qualifying adult as a joint owner. Don't forget to utilize Digital Banking to help your child with their money management skills!
