• What if I shopped at a participating retailer, but my points aren’t showing up?
  

  It can take up to 30 days for transactions to appear on the Point Details page, and up to 60 days for the transaction points to be credited to your account. If the qualified transaction does not appear on the Points Details page after 30 days, please contact the number or email address listed on the Contact Us page for assistance.

• How much does it cost to participate?
  

  There’s no cost. Membership in uChoose Rewards is free for GSCU cardholders so start shopping and earning today!

• Where can I view my point activity?
  

  You can access the history of your point activity on the Point Details page.

• When do points expire?
  

  Unused points will expire three (3) years after issuance.

• What can I redeem my points for?
  

  It’s your choice! Simply visit the Redeem Points page and click on the category that suits your interests, such as Cash Back, Gift Cards, Travel and Entertainment, or Merchandise. You can also use your uChoose Rewards points when checking out on PayPal^® Purchases. You must have a minimum of 1,000 points to redeem.

  We keep track of all the points you earn and will help you find just what you’re looking for when you’re ready to redeem. We even have a Wish List that will help you track when you’ve earned enough to redeem a specific item.

• When can I redeem my points?
  

  It can take up to 60 days for your points to be credited to your account. You must accumulate 1,000 points before you can redeem. After that, you can redeem for a variety of options. Simply look for your “Total Points Available for Redemption” on the Point Details page to see how many points you have available for redemption.

• How do I earn points?
  

  You will earn 1 point for every $3.00 spent when you use your GSCU Visa^® Debit card on qualifying debit and credit transactions. You can earn more points when you shop at participating retailers. Choose to shop in-store at national or local retailers or online through www.uchooserewards.com.

• Where can I earn points?
  

  You will earn points everywhere your GSCU Visa^® Debit card is accepted.

• What is uChoose Rewards®?
  

  uChoose Rewards is a rewards program that allows members to earn points for shopping and using their GSCU Visa^® Debit Card. Members can redeem points for cash back, gift cards, PayPal^® purchases, merchandise, and more!

• How do I enroll in uChoose Rewards?
  

  Once a GSCU Checking account has been opened and a Visa® Debit Card is issued, there are two ways to enroll.

  1. Go to the uChooserewards.com and follow the prompts.
  2. Login to your GSCU OnLine or Mobile Banking account, access CardControl, click on the Rewards link, and follow the prompts.
