Interactive Teller Machines ITMs
- Do I need my ATM/Debit card to use the machines?
You do not need your ATM or Debit card to speak with a Live Teller at the ITM!
For ATM functionality, an ATM or Debit card is required. - Is there anything I still need to go inside the branch for?

- Why is GSCU introducing ITMs?
As technology continues to expand, ITMs offer an opportunity, and the flexibility, for us to assist more members at a faster pace throughout New Hampshire.
- Are the Live Tellers GSCU employees?
Yes! The Teller is a GSCU employee working remotely assisting through this new channel. You will be able to put a face to the Contact Center staff who answer member calls each day.
- When is Live Teller available?
The ATM function is available 24/7.
Live Tellers are available during regular business hours:
Monday - Friday 9 AM-5 PM
Saturday 9 AM-12 PM - How do I use the ITM?
Simply touch the screen if you’d like to speak with a Live Teller or insert your ATM/Debit card for an ATM transaction.
- Can I do Shared Branching at the ITM?
While Shared Branching is not currently offered via ITM, all branches (with the exception of Rochester) offer Shared Branching services inside. In addition, you may locate additional Shared Branching locations here.
- Is there a limit to the amount of cash I can deposit?
There are no deposit limits. To prevent potential machine jams we will ask that you insert your bills in smaller batches to complete your deposit.
- Do the ITMs accept or dispense coin?
No, please see an in-branch representative to deposit or withdraw coin.
- Can I obtain a new ATM or Debit card or get a teller check at the ITM?
No, but an in-branch representative can assist.
- Will funds deposited be available immediately?
Cash deposited via Live Teller is available immediately. Checks deposited will follow our regular Funds Availability Policy. Check deposits made via the ATM will not be immediately available.
- What denominations are available?
The ITMs have the ability to dispense 1’s, 5’s, 20’s and 50’s.
- Are ITM transactions private?
You may choose to use the chat feature to talk with the Live Teller using the touch screen keyboard. For added privacy, the lobby machines have built-in handsets you may use to speak with the Live Teller.
- Do I need to provide an ID when speaking with a Live Teller?
If an unexpired photo ID is on file we may proceed without you needing to provide it. However, due to security protocols, we reserve the right to request your ID at any point during the transaction.
- Will I need my member number to do a transaction?
The Live Tellers are able to locate your account using your member number or other identifiable information.
- My branch is closed. Can I still complete a transaction?
Yes, Drive-Up ITMs are available during business hours even if the branch lobby is closed.
