Wire Transfers
GSCU is not part of the SWIFT/BIC network and therefore does not have a SWIFT/BIC code or IBAN, and is unable to process foreign outgoing wire transfers, or accept incoming wire transfers in foreign currencies.
- What information will I need to initiate an outgoing wire transfer from a GSCU account?
- The name of the receiving bank
- The receiving bank’s routing number for wire transfers
- The account number the funds are going to
- The full name and address of the person on the account provided (P.O. Boxes may not be used)
- The purpose of the wire transfer
- What information will I need to initiate an incoming wire transfer to a GSCU account?
- Your GSCU account number (member number cannot be used in place of account number)
- Your full name, as it appears on your account

- Is there a fee for wires?
- There is a $20.00 fee for all outgoing wires.
- GSCU does not charge a fee for incoming wires.
