If your loan payment is already set up for automatic payments, it will be processed on the due date or the following business day.
Otherwise, we offer a variety of convenient ways to make your payment–with the easiest and fastest way being automatic payments:
Automatic Payments
Members can enroll in automatic payments using the electronic form below. Have questions? Speak with a GSCU representative to learn more about automatic, or recurring, payments so you never have to worry about missing a payment!
OnLine Banking
If you are registered for OnLine Banking, simply log in and select the loan you’d like to pay. You can make a payment from your GSCU account under the “Transfers” tab or select "Pay with External Account" to pay with an account from another financial institution using ACH or a Debit Card.
Guest User
Not registered for OnLine Banking? No problem! Simply select “Make a Payment” to pay from an external account using ACH or a Debit Card.
Note: Commercial and real estate loans are not currently eligible to be paid using external accounts through our online platforms.
Pay by Phone
To transfer funds from a GSCU account or make a payment from an external account using ACH or a Debit Card by phone please call 1-800-645-4728.
Pay by Mail
Clearly indicate where the payment should be credited and any special instructions.

Pay In-Person
Visit a GSCU Branch location, or a participating Shared Branching location, to make your payment. You will need your member number, social security number, and valid driver's license when visiting.
Note: Mortgage payments cannot be made via Shared Branching.
Fraud attempts tend to increase during the holidays. Remember to never provide your OnLine and Mobile Banking credentials to anyone.
All GSCU locations will close at 2 PM on Tuesday, December 24th in observance of Christmas Eve, and will be closed on Wednesday, December 25th in observance of Christmas Day. Phone and Live Chat Representatives will be available until 7 PM on Christmas Eve and resume 24/7 service at 7 AM on December 26th. Online and Mobile Banking will be available as well as our online loan and account applications here.
