  • How do I join my Video Banking appointment?

    Granite State Credit Union will automatically send a meeting invite and reminders via Email. We will also send SMS messages to your cell phone number if provided.

    If joining from a PC, please click the link within the meeting invite in your Email. 

    If joining from a mobile device, download the Zoom app from the App Store® and the Google Play Store™ prior to your scheduled meeting.

  • What do I bring to my Video Banking appointment?

    Please have an unexpired government issued photo ID available and utilize a supported PC or Mobile Device.

  • What are the hours for Video Banking?

    Video Banking is offered Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.

  • Is Video Banking Secure?

    Video Banking utilizes the Zoom application which is password-protected with Multi-Factor Authentication. We do not collect any documentation that is stored through the Video Banking application. All session traffic is encrypted peer-to-peer using banking grade encryption. 

  • How do I get a Video Banking appointment?

    Click this link and follow the prompts to choose an available date, time, and applicable service.  

  • What can I use Video Banking for?

    Members can use Video Banking to speak face-to-face with a GSCU representative about troubleshooting OnLine Banking, opening checking or savings accounts*, starting a loan or mortgage application, or asking account questions.

    *To become a member you'll need a $10 deposit to establish your savings account at GSCU and that $10 will remain in the account as the minimum balance. If you'd like to open a checking account you'll need $10 to establish the account.
