We recommend that you contact our Credit Resolutions Team as soon as possible to review available options.
- What types of documentation will you need to show my hardship?
- Detailed letter of hardship which explains your current financial situation, signed and dated by all loan borrowers.
- Income documentation, if applicable:
- Proof of income from all sources (paystubs, unemployment benefits, retirement income, social security benefits).
- Termination letter from your employer on company letterhead.
- Offer letter from your employer on company letterhead.
- Document showing you have applied for unemployment benefits.
*Additional documentation and a hard credit inquiry is required upon review of your request.
