Granite State Credit Union continues to experience the same staffing challenges as most businesses around the state. Despite our enhanced recruiting efforts and conducting surveys to ensure we offer competitive wages and benefits, one of our top challenges continues to be recruiting enough staff to support our current branch lobby hours. Following extensive analysis of branch transactions, we have made the decision to adjust our branch lobby hours as follows:

Effective June 1st:

  1. All branch lobbies will be open Monday through Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm.
  2. Saturday hours will be 9:00am – Noon via Live Teller Service at our ITM drive ups, with lobby service available at our Concord and Manchester locations only. Live Teller Service via ITM in Candia is located within the branch vestibule.
  3. ATM service at all branch locations will remain available 24 hours, 7 days per week.

Our branch lobby hours may be changing but we are still here to support you with the same high level of service you have come to expect from GSCU while ensuring our valued staff maintain a work-life balance which we believe is very important. Live Teller Service at our ITMs provides access to most transactions for which you would visit a branch lobby. From our ITMs, GSCU staff are just a tap away and ready to greet you with a friendly smile and serve your financial needs. Check out this video on how our ITMs work.
